Oh ok. But still as I said mobile networks do love it when there giving feedback what they would love of new services to have on the network so I guess o2 wold be that I gave them a feedback for them to think about doing rollover data on pay monthly. But I do know where you are coming from there.

Absolutely agree with you. I get 100gb per month and I've already used 42gb since last week since my allowances renewed so its perfect for me, I not use the data on my phone but as a mobile hot-spot too

I'm always sending in feedback about many things. From UK call centres to changing the woman on the IVR back to the same woman who does voicemail 901, trust me everything people tell me or if I think of anything it gets sent to the CEO's office.

A year ago I suggested bringing back O2 home phone and Broadband but now they are to merge with Virgin Media.

@Luke30 in the BT Cellnet days right up to 2004, O2 charged 20p per minute for customer services or 08705 from an non-O2 phone until I got a petition and lots of feedback for O2 and they scrapped the charges.

However for Genie which became O2 Online customers, it was an 09068 number costing 99p per minute, more from mobiles. This was eventually scrapped but much later around 2006, it was ridiculous!
