I am on a pay monthly tariff covering 72 countries including St Martin (Dutch) where I am located with the tariff offering giving me 25MB data in Europe (incl. st martin). However I have recieved a text from O2 saying I will be charged £7.20 per MB to use this data - will I still be charged?

@O2Sarah- Unfortunately the other part of the island, St Maarten, is not included, indeed appears not to be listed anywhere. It is possible to inadvertently roam between the two, and be charged even with the travel bolt on

Need removing from the EU Roaming page pronto. The OP has a justifiable complaint

And removed from here also, @Breanna - https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/using-your-phone-abroad
And: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/calling-abroad-standard-rates
And one of the telcos mentioned above - Flow/Chippie - operates on both Saint Martin (French side) and Sint Maarten (Dutch side) - what a kerfuffle!

These are 2 different countries, as I said originally one is in the EU (the french side) and one isnt the Dutch Side, so EU rules apply to the French Side but not to the Dutch Side
So the page on the EU Roaming page is correct for Saint Martin
Sint Maarten is a different country and EU Rules dont apply..
If you are not confused send a postcard to PO BOX Weird Borders , Somewhere in France or Holland....
