I came out to Greece (from the UK) knowing my sim only contract would be due for a payment by the 20th May (halfway through the holiday). I have ran out of data and paid my bill off hoping it would refresh my 5GB of data like it normally does. The data I had left before the bill was due did work in Greece, but stopped when it ran out and hasn't been renewed. How can I get this sorted so I can get my data back for the remainder of my holiday? Thanks

I've tried this on various occasions throughout the day to no avail. I'm going to try ringing O2 customer service if I can find the number for it

You’ll need to buy a bolt on to get data before your next months allowances start which won’t be until you next bill is generated.
