Roaming data doesn't work

Hi,
I'm actually in SK and my data roaming doesn't work. It's happened the same with my travel in Italy and in Netherlands. What can I do? I really need it.

Have you got an iPhone? If so check your APN in settings and change it to "mobile.o2.co.uk"

That should help if you are abroad.

If that doesnt work, then you need to contact CS to see if there are roaming bars on your account Guide: How to find help & contact O2

You can also try manually connecting to different networks although as it's happening in many countries it's likely your APN or a roaming bar.
