Nothing has changed at all currently.
The last we heard from O2 was that no changes were planned.
We've asked for an update, but none has been forthcoming as yet.
Edit to add quote from O2.
And O2 said: "We're committed to providing our customers with great connectivity and value when they travel outside the UK. We currently have no plans to change our roaming services across Europe."

The operative word here is CURRENTLY and will depend on none of the networks increasing roaming charges after the first quarter of the year.
Because of travel restrictions they have no need to increase charges at the moment

True. Meantime we need evidence of jabs or recent negative covid results to be able to travel anywhere abroad nowadays. Lorry drivers held at ports if they haven't got the 'right paperwork'. (which as far as I'm aware, hasn't even been printed/ or given to haulage companies yet. Well done Brexit.
