How has my son's phone got two £30 charges from Sony when the contract was set up it had payment limits, also why is it impossible to contact o2?

o2 have several ways to add charges to your bill @77PJ so it looks like the wrong one was used.
A spend cap covers some things, charge to mobile covers others.
It might be worth speaking to Sony to see if they can reverse the charges, but if you still need/want to talk to o2 then there are some alternative numbers and hints on getting through in the guide below.
