I've just spent my £5.25 rewards on extra credit, but it's not worked? I still can't call out?

When I look at my rewards statement, it says I've spent my reward on 'extra credit - web' but when I spent the reward it only gave me an option of 'extra credit' not whether it was calltime, texts or data. I'm really confused!!?

Thanks @Cleoriff but it doesn't answer what I'm confused about lol! It's gone midnight and still doesn't appear to have topped up.

All I know is what it states here @Anonymous

"Every three months we add up all your top-ups and give you 5% or 10% back.  You can spend it on extra credit, phones and accessories, shopping vouchers or Ticketmaster tickets. Or save it for later.  If you don't claim or save your O2 Rewards by next quarter you'll lose them".

As I said if it hasn't been applied ...you will need to contact CS in the morning...

In this case, you might be better off using live chat.

The only email contact is through the complaints page and could take 10 days before you get a response other than the acknowledgement.
