Hello
I’ve decided to return my iPhone 14 pro, I will be placing an order for the 14 Pro max instead. I was told by customer service that I can only place my “re-upgrade” order once the device is showing on the system as returned.
How soon after returning a handset
(to the ingam site in Norwich) does it take to process a return? Is it usually on the day the device is delivered to them?
I don’t see a returns process estimate time frame anywhere online so I’m clueless about how long I can expect to wait - I’m eager to place my re upgrade order!

Very difficult to say now, with the postal strikes. Make sure you send it back so it's trackable. Usual turnaround was 5 working days. That's why it's important to be able to track it.
