Hey Guys
Minor issue, picked up some doc dre earbuds recently but returned them within the cooling off period. Payment plan and information is still intact on my o2 and the direct debit is still getting deducted from my account. Tried livechat, twitter and call but unable to get in touch (busy busy)
Just hoping you guys will be able to help?

@Dex37 We are all customers and cannot deal with account issues here. Your best option is to try O2 via social media again:

Edit: You could also try calling:
Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers in this link: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

We are a customer community and do not have access to accounts.
So you will need to contact o2 customer services to sort this out properly.
Messaging Social Media seems to be the way
