Can't activate Disney plus add on

I am unable to activate the disney plus add on. When I go on to my o2 it says I need to click to activate, however, this then brings me to an error page.

Resolved! I have 3.99gb of data but no Internet!!

The app and account page both agree that I have 3.99Gb of data left. Yet I had a text this morning saying I had run out of data and ever since I have no Internet over 4G. Very frustrating!! Have switched phone off for 10 mins and on again to no avail...
