I recently received a phone from an upgrade offer, however I dont want it and would like a different phone that will most likely involve a different tarriff. Due to corona I cant get anyone on the phone so dont know how to go about the returns procedure. Can anybody help?

@Cleoriff thanks for the reply, the main problem I'm having with that is it says to contact someone about the return, but I cant contact anyone because I doesnt class as priority due to the lockdown.

Thanks, I dont have an issue contact o2 In general, but due to corona virus lockdown they are only accepting priority queries, I just need to be able to get in contact with anyone so I can return it. So its within the 14 days.
