My mum cant pay her bill as she cannot get through and she has been cut off

My mum is trying to pay her bill and cannot get through I contacted o2 last week and asked them to call her back and they said they would contact their manager and do this but still nothing. What is the customer service email to contact o2?

There is no email to contact them and there will be no call backs due to staffing problems

the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
