I've ordered the wrong size Apple Watch 7 online and want to exchange for larger size, do I have to send it back through royal mail or can I take it into a store to swap?

You need to speak to customer services to return it , and it needs to returned via the same method as you purchased it I'm afraid. 


Call CS on 202 or 0344 809 0202 and they can arrange it

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
