Good Morning,
I would have thought it being 7days after you signed for the product.
Contact 02 Customer Services so you have all the information to make an informed decision.
If you purchased the item online or over the phone then Distance selling comes into force too.

From the website : Call customer service to verify the address which is one/either of those below.
"You automatically get a 7 working day cooling off period if you upgraded online; this can be used to return the handset.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 working days from the date of receipt to obtain a full refund or exchange. If you have used the phone you'll still have to pay for any pro-rated line rental amount and any charges outside of your allocated allowance."

Hi there thanks for the info by 7 working days, you mean they have to receive the phone by 21/08/13 , as I will receive the phone tomorrow 12/08/13 , this means you have to post the phone several days before 21/08/13 ? Also what if the phone doesn't arrive before this date - it gets lost in the post but you have proof of postage , you still get refunded?
