Retrieving a conversation from January 2021

Hi everyone, 

I desperately need to retrieve one conversation I have had with a client in Janyary 2021 to prove that the client has falsified information of what was said over the phone. Is there any way of retrieving it and getting a copy of the recording? I think the police seem to do it somehow?

I would be grateful for any information.

O2 don't record calls.

The only way to get recordings is to record the calls yourself, sorry.

@Gary07 What you're asking for is impossible. The amount of data that would have to be stored to save every conversation every customer made in the last six months is astronomical. Even the police couldn't pull that rabbit out of the hat.
