How can I order a replacement for a lost sim for free. During the pandemic the stores aren’t open and neither are the live chats, I don’t have any other o2 sim card.

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here including Skype option Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Can someone help me? I need a replacement sim card.  I've tried phoning a different times and just get an automated response directing me to the webpage but the webpage tells me I need to phone up.  AAARRGGHHHH I've been without my number for over 2 weeks now.

Brilliant. Thank you. Followed your recommendations and got to speak to someone having pressed 1 for Urgent! Sim is on it's way....I hope! Thanks again.
