Replacement sim

Hi, my sim keeps "restarting" so i'm assuming it's damaged (cleanded it & phone, no joy). I've tried calling on 202 (urgent requests only) texting and searching My o2 but i'm getting nowhere. Any advice please? Thanks.

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
