I recently lost my phone. o2 barred it for lost/stolen and IMEI, and sent me a new SIM. I have now found the phone and am trying to activate the SIM, without success for 24 hours. o2 told me the lost/stolen bar had been removed but has not mentioned the IMEI bar. How can I get that bar removed?

Customer services would need to remove the bars @Gerrish
You can either phone them using 202 from an o2 pay monthly phone, or 0344 809 0202 from another phone.
Alternatively you can call 0800 902 0217 using Skype (which is free).
