I'd recommend you search the forum here before going down the E-SIM route, @escobar83 - it brings with it a world of pain, especially on O2:

And I see another post you made has been answered, with similar advice (you need to report the loss to O2 to get a new SIM sent to you). Good luck @escobar83.
