I’m sending my phone off for repair. My post is severely delayed due to Covid so I asked if I can pack it myself and have the address to return it.
The advisor said that I can print the repairs label directly from there website.
I cannot find it anywhere !!!
She specified it must be a repair label and not a return label

All repairs go through Anovo.

I'm sure if you mark it for O2 repairs and send it to:

ANOVO

Communication House, Vulcan Rd N, Norwich, NR6 6AQ

It will arrive just fine, but I'd check first by calling or emailing them.
