I havee been messed round with 02 now about repairs and also I been issued the wrong phone! I was promised a jiffy bag was being sent out but after a month of constant phone calls and waiting turns out I was informed that no one had put a repair request on for me.
Now phone is back with 02 I recieved a text and they apparently cannot find it!
Am I in my rights to terminate my contract as they have broken contract and provided me with a wrong phone and lied to me and charging me the wrong amount for a new phone which is an old phone
