hello,

is it possible I could re set up my direct debit back up please. I fell compl behind the last 2 months due to other financial stuff coming out off my bank account. I can still pay 30 a month as that was reasonable for me and I could afford so please could you help me. [Removed] that is my account

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
