I cannot find the answer to this on the website, nor can I find a customer contact email!  I may be doing something wrong ...

Anyway, I bought a new device about 4 months ago, didn't like it, returned it, but am still seeing it on my device list.  I am also seeing my husbands phone which is not in use either.  I want to remove both devices and numbers from MyO2 but cannot work out how to do it!  I have a feeling I may still be paying for them, but can't work that out either.

Any advice greatly appreciated, I just seem to be going round in circles here ...!

@9Austin

There is no email as it isn't secure enough to share sensitive account details.

You can find all numbers to call O2 on here to check the status of your accounts Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
