I am so confused with the time scales of getting a refund I have been given different time scales which are from 1/7 days, 3 days, 3/5days, 5/7 days , 7/10 all these time scales have been given to me from different advisors , does any know what the actual time scale is ?

Anything upto 21 days.

7-10 working days seems to be the usual refund time.

Hi @Anonymous how are you doing? Did you get your refund yet? How many days has it been?

We've checked this to avoid any confusions, FYI for you guys also @MI5, @Cleoriff, @jonsie: the official timescale for a refund is 7 working days. There's some work being done also to reduce this time in the future.
