After you have paid your first 3 bills in full and on time, you can call O2 to ask for your deposit to be returned.
It will then be a credit on your 4th bill.
You can then ask to have it returned to your bank or leave it as a credit to pay your bills from.

This isn't O2, it's a community forum.
If you are talking about a refund on a deposit paid, then this is usually returned on your 4th bill.
You can call O2 to remind them by ising any of the numbers in this guide
