You normally have to chase, but it takes about 2 to 3 weeks for refunds depending on o2 and your bank.
It also depends on if the numpties in Cape Town have passed on your refund request...
Best thing to do is just chase o2 until you get it..

It will show as a recent charge (negative amount) when added to your account.
