Hi there i tried to place order for a new phone however after you took £30 deposit it then said i needed to pay a further £400 due to my credit history so im not going to do that so i need my £30 deposit back thanks

Nothing o2 can do about this, you need to speak to your bank, and see if they can clear the pending transaction, otherwise it will be between 24hrs and 7 days for it to be released back to your available funds.

The £30 will have been ringfenced by your bank but it won't have been paid across as yet
