Hi am trying to upgrade on my refresh plan but it keeps saying there's an error gonna k to upgrade options, anyone got any suggestions?

+1 for store upgrade.
Not only is the website unreliable and full of bugs, but they never have any phones in stock which you don't find out about until you have eventually paid and they have your money.
