Hi - am being quoted £139 to Fast Track to Refresh.
A little too high for me - I assumed it would come down by about £30 a month as I get closer to end of contract.
I hoped that my billing date (13th of every month) would be the date it comes down eveery month. But no change in it after Oct 13th Billing date.
does anyone know the ruling here - what day of the month is it altered?

I think it actually updates the day after the bill was generated. I know because I was keeping an eye on it around the iPhone 5S launch as I was planning to (and did) fast track upgrade onto refresh for it. My bill date was launch day and the upgrade fee had reduced by another month when I came to order the phone 3 days later

It should reduce after every payment clears. Call 202 to get a true cost if the website hasn't updated.

So 2 votes for Payment Date, 1 for Billing date....................
O2 were useless during a "Live Chat" session.

The payment date voters win the day!!
It hasn't come down, 2 days after my billing date.
So I will just have to sit tight. As soon as it comes down 1 notch, I'll upgrade.
HTC One or LG G2 -that's the other dilemma. Style v Grunt.

Keep an eye on it still. Mine definitely dropped from before my bill date of the 20th to when I ordered my phone on the 23rd. I thought it was the day after bill date but it may have been one of the other days between billing and ordering
