If you are on a "standard" bundle deal from a reseller, with a single monthly payment rather than a device plan and an airtime plan listed separately, you can usually only adjust upwards:

Standard Tariff
You can only transfer to an airtime tariff with the same or higher Monthly Subscription Charge during your Minimum Period. To move to a lower tariff, you'll need to cancel your Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement and take out a new Agreement.
