I am a Canadian due to visit the UK next month. Last time I was there (2 years ago) I bought an O2 sim card for my Canadian phone and happily used the phone for a month. I would like to use it again with the same mobile number but my account has been deactivated. How do I activate and top up the account before I leave so that I can use my phone immediately on arrival? Can I 'chat' to an O2 agent online?

Two years would normally be far too long in a deactivated state but try chat, nothing to lose and you may just be lucky.
