I have put £10 balance yesterday and I went to my sisters hose and came back and all me balance and everything else finished while my phone was dead O2 please help me and I want all the things back

Hi can anyone help me I have just came to O2 after been with Vodafone for 14 years I have only been with O2 for 8 days and my phone bill is high but it said tonight I needed to pay 32 pounds which I did it's not the full amount but that's all they asked me to pay but my phone is still disconnected could someone tell me if I haven't done something right please

If it's been disconnected you will need to contact O2 to get the bar removed.

You can check your usage in MyO2.

Call 202 at 08:30 (best time to get through) and speak to a cs agent to request the bar is removed.

Also I'd ask why your bill is so high and check if there's a more suitable (higher) tariff you should be using to avoid this happening in future.

The phone's been disconnected so I'm guessing 202 is not available.
