My contract expires on 5th April 2020. Will my bill be reduced automatically because of this and can I still use my phone as normal?
Thanks.

@Sharon-H

If you are on refresh you will stop paying for your device and just continue with airtime, which will be cheaper overall.

If you have a standard contract (only one direct debit or bill) you should change to a sim only tariff to save money. You can do that in your MyO2.

Your pone will continue to work regardless as you will be put onto a 30 day rolling contract automatically.
