Question about Switch up

So my current credit rating only allows me to have 3 contracts, one of them has the bolt on switch up.

 

so my question is, if i go into store & then exchange my current phone for a new one am i going to get rejected on the new contract due to my credit rating?. And if I do, do you get reimbursed on the amount you’ve been paying For it monthly due to not being able to use this switch up bolt on!?.

Usually you are not credit checked on upgrades, but o2 reserve the right to carry out affordability and credit checks. 


And no you dont get refunded, if you fail any of these, as per the T&C's
