You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

good luck getting hold of o2.

every phone number i have gotten from the community also leads straight to automated payment system.

you cant use online chat and you cant get through to an actual person to discuss anything.

i know this as i have tried every number in the book and now im at my wits end with o2.

o2 need a better service as i will be leaving them to join EE

O2 have been answering phones this morning.  couple of people have posted they have got through.
