Has anybody else had a similar problem:
The company I work for gets their phones through 02 and as staff we were offered an incentive: Join 02 with a monthly contract of £21 or more and get £75 off your bills.
I joined, nearly a year ago, and I still haven't had the credit applied to my account.
To try and resolve it I've been in to 2 different stores three times and been on live chat twice - all I get is that they are sorry and it'll be applied.
Any help appreciated.
