Hi there.
I have just come home from a 3 month long hospital stay to my bills all falling behind, I'm self employed so I've not earned anything this month and I'm struggling to pay all my bills off. I have been trying to call Cust Serv but it's not allowing me talk to anyone, just the activated voice repeating the outstanding balance. Can someone help me out as I need to arrange to make the payment at a later date.
The phone is in my name but it's my daughter using it and I don't have access to it at the moment so I will need to be contacted on my number.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
