Why do you have to click through 5 pages to get to the point where you can print out your bill on My O2?

It's been reported many times and was supposed to have been fed back, but I guess O2 think it's OK as nothing has been done about it.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Yes I've noticed some subjects are re-occuring and don't get dealt with. I had to register an official complaint when nothing was done about VAT invoices. Beggers the question of the validity and use of the forum!!
