Price match on 4G Samsung Galaxy S4

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I am planning to buy a contract phone, but have seen that its available for 38£/month with free phone from Vodafone. However its 42£ with O2 Refresh for the same offering

Does anyone on the forum have any experience of Price match from O2?

Cheers,

Guru

The only thing you can do is call 202 and ask. It could all depend on who you actually speak to but from experience O2 don't price match.

If you decide on another network, make sure reception is good in your home and normal travel circles.

If you wish to stay on O2 you can often get better deals through independents such a CPW etc.

The only time I've known O2 price match is when upgrading and even then you need to go through retentions.

iPhone 14 Pro (O2 ), S23U (EE), iPad Pro LTE (EE), .

Thanks for the suggestions, wont bother with asking for price match. I have decided to go with Vodafone which is 5£/month cheaper and also comes with Sky Sports TV for 6 months. Come on O2, i think you should have look at your prices in comparison with your competitors.

The choice is always yours as to who you use as a network provider, but going with a network based solely on price isn't necessarily always the best idea. If you don't get decent coverage where you live and work, you haven't really saved anything.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
