How do i change tariff on the o2 app. Is it just me or has o2 made it harder to do this?

Hi,

Go online and go into your my02 using the link at the top of the forum page.

Not on your mobile phone.

Navigate to your account and hit 'change tariff'

or ring 02 on 202 contract or 4445 payg

A change of tariff kicks in on your next anniversary date.
