It will be the yearly increase from the Ts & Cs of your contract @Sneck

RPI is not 17%.
I've fell foul to these dirty tactics too, having only got my sim mid march when it was £25

RPI at the end of Feb 13.8% plus 3.9% equates to 17.3% rise.
Not dirty tactics, clearly shown in the Terms and conditions and done to death in the Media
