Will price rises, calculated as a percentage increase, be applied to the tariff or the to amount I actually pay?
I pay less because I have been moved over from Virgin where the tariff was less. So that I pay the same, a bolt-on discount has been applied.
Example: tariff is £17, but I pay £10 with a £7 discount.
After a 10% price hike: so new tariff is £18.70.
Will I pay £18.70 - £7 = £11.70? If so that amounts to a 17% increase. Not 10%.
Am I right to be concerned?

I did similar with Vodafone years ago - my time to visit a store to resolve issues and my parking charges - I was paid without question
