I can no longer seem to be able to view or download bills from the previous months - does anyone know how to do this? Is it still possible?

I have the same issue which has been going on for weeks now. I spend 25 minutes on the phone waiting for O2 to answer for them to tell me they are trying to fix it. That was 4 days ago and it is still not fixed.
They offered to send out paper bills but wanted to charge me £2.50 each for this - unbelievable as it is their mistake!
I have a limited time to submit my bills for redemption so am getting worried i may run out of time!

This is ridiculous. I am still unable to download bills. O2 are you really working hard to fix this????

Just logged into my account and can see 24 bills on the list @Sue751
