It says on my account that my phone was dispatched yesterday but how the hell do you use the tracking number?

The tracking number you have been given needs to be input to the couriers website...

yeah I've tried the UKMAIL but it's an awful site to register, but thanks bud.

I never register. I just copy and paste the tracking number onto their home page and it brings up the details?

I have just checked It has changed a bit but you need to click on 'manage my delivery' on the home page. You can then input your tracking number..

If that doesn't work there is a section called Find my Parcel....try that...

it says no results found so obviously it hasn't been despatched even though I've been given a parcel number and a despatched date, is the parcel number the tracking number?

No you can't track your order with the order number. You should receive an email with a tracking number when the order is ready to go out. You then need to register for a My O2 account if you haven't already and you track your order through there.
