I am being charged for texts notification from this service. This a ATOC service - train disruptions and has been sending one or two texts per day for the past week. I have not asked to receive these texts and they have continued despite sending STOP ALL messages.

There is no answer from the associated phone number and googling suggests that this is a scam number.

Can these messages be stopped ASAP

@Geoff_Martin

You need to call O2 and ask for a premium rate bar, charge to mobile, and direct to bill bar on your account.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
