Pre order Stock question

Hi there.
I pre ordered the Samsung Ultra yesterday, everything went through fine and I had an email saying order was received. Then a couple of hours later I received an email saying the phone is out of stock. Does anyone know if this is just an automatic email due to it not actually being in stock as it isn't released yet, or if all the phoned 02 are getting on release date will be out of stock so I wont be receiving mine on release date? If at all?

As it's a pre-order, this is a standard email.

As to the stock levels when it's released, then we would have no idea I'm afraid. O2 would have a certain amount of allocated stock delivered and pre-orders should be sent their phones first. However it's pot luck really.

O2 do not have a live stock ordering system sadly.

The email you received is correct. 

There is no stock yet.

You should get updates nearer launch day.

Even Samsung​themselves say the Ultra is out of stock. It could be corona virus related?
