Hi, i am coming to the end of my contract, and have purchased a new Samsung phone and contract from a third party online shop as O2 just couldn`t compete with the deal i was offered, my problem is, i would like to keep my old number.
I have no joy at all getting my old number ported to my new contract.
The online service for this is temporarily out of order due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
PLEASE HELP i`m going mad.

Customer service need to migrate your number. Until then you will be paying both contracts. Keep trying/

Yes i know the process, unfortunately the O2 porting page just keeps coming up with a security error for me and my wife, i was hoping some body with more experience might be able to guide me through a different way.
