Porting not complete

Hello,

I have recently moved into O2 but porting is not complete as should have done on 8th Nov.

Service is avaialble and unable to change the number on iphone as well

No porting will take place over the weekend.

However, we're just customers like you but you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here

Give O2 a call on  202 or 0344 809 202 (Contract)

Thank you. I have spoken to cusomer service and informed me that porting will happen either on mon or tues.
It is annoying as it will happen on the days when i need my mobile on those days and do not want service switched mid day

Yes, as I said, no porting takes place over the weekend, so the first days it would happen is Monday or  Tuesday as you have been told @KSP
