Ported number out that still had device plan attached.

Hi,

     I ported my number out from O2 but forgot that it still had my device plan attached to it, I thought it was attached to my other number. A few weeks ago I got an email with the option to pay in instalments so I set that up. When I went into my account the other day there is no option to pay towards my device and the link comes back as being expired. I cannot call in, phone is just used for messaging. How do I go about making payments to me device plan? I did try and see if the automated line would be of use but there was no option to make a payment towards a device plan. I was given account details to transfer money directly to O2 so it could be applied that way but it keeps coming back as a wrong sort code. Just on with live chat now who insist that the sort code is correct. What can I do to make payments to my device plan?

Thanks

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Use the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Unfortunately I am unable to call in. Apparently they do not have an email address either 😞

@Anonymous

You have no choice but to call.

Download Skype and use that to call the freephone number Guide: A Guide to Skype

Set up a direct debit for the payments whilst on the call to save future hassle,
