Port out within cooling off period

Hello, 

I recently signed up to a pay monthly sim only (12 months). 
I have ported in my number and I’m still within the 14 days cooling off period. 
I’m considering switching back to my previous network within the cooling off period by porting my number out using a PAC. Can I do that without penalties?

I checked the guide and it says I can cancel within the 14 days by calling O2, but I don’t just want to cancel the line as I’d like to keep my number. Thanks

You can cancel without penalty if within the cooling off period.
